ASSENT STEEL - Dubai Waste to Energy Project Progress
ASSENT STEEL is proud to be part of the world’s largest energy-from-waste (EfW) plant being built in the Emirate of Dubai. Once completed in 2024, it will process 1,890,000 tons of municipal waste a year to produce energy for around 120,000 households. A consortium comprising Hitachi Zosen Inova (HZI) and Belhasa Six Construct Co LLC, has been tasked with realising this extraordinary project.
Hitachi Zosen Inova (HZI) awarded ASSENT STEEL to supply 13,800 of fabricated steel. Today, ASSENT STEEL have delivered 94% of the project and are completing 2 months ahead of schedule. The success of the project is fully credited to the teamwork and robust coordination between ASSENT STEEL’S Project Management Team and the HZI team.
