In 2021, we implemented a new business transformation strategy which has included both global geographic expansion and brand awareness programs. As part of this journey, we have decided to provide a greater degree of clarity on the “ASSENT” brand name and align our company legal entity with how we want to present ourselves in the global market.
Therefore, effective 25 March 2022, we will be legally known as “ASSENT STEEL INDUSTRIES L.L.C” and all our official business communications, media platforms etc. will now reflect this name change.
