ASSENT STEEL'S Steel Cutting Ceremony for the Mažeikiai Refinery Project

We’ve celebrated a milestone with the Steel Cutting Ceremony for Lithuania’s Mažeikiai Refinery Project. ASSENT STEEL is supporting Petrofac to deliver more than 7,500 tons of fabricated steel, with a specialized Hydrocarbon Fireproofing finish.

The project, to be constructed in Lithuania, is the first European project for ASSENT STEEL. Joining the celebration is Petrofac Project Director, Karim Zoghbi together with other key representatives from the Petrofac team. During the ceremony both ASSENT STEEL and Petrofac emphasized the value of safety in project execution and day-to-day operations.
