ASSENT STEEL Workforce Excellence Awards

ASSENT STEEL is pleased to Kick off our most exciting initiative to date - the Workforce Excellence Awards, an initiative spearheaded by our HR & HSE Teams.

This program is one of our many efforts to engage our people, recognize their outstanding efforts, and reward their commitment and hard work.

Kicking off in October 2022 and running until December 2023, this Rewards and Recognition Program aims at recognizing and awarding over 500 workers for excellent performance, following safety protocol, displaying exemplary behavior, etc.

As part of the communications plan of the program, our HR, HSE, and Operations teams have completed a Toolbox Talk with the full workforce and will be reinforced via daily communication, posters, camp notices, and a TBT at least once a month by leadership/supervision.
