World Quality Day is observed every year on the second Thursday in
November. This year, it falls on November 10.

The purpose of this day is to raise quality awareness and provide support to individuals and organizations for the achievement of economic prosperity and the adoption of high-quality standards. In 2008, the first World Quality Day took place in London, United
Kingdom (U.K.).

World Quality Day also provides a chance to reflect on the role of
quality management in our lives. It’s a day to think about how individuals and team members can develop more efficient processes, systems, and outcomes.
