“Celebrating Top Performers”, this is the latest theme for our ongoing Workforce Excellence Awards. Top Performers from different trades / departments were awarded this week and was chosen based not only on their consistently excellent performance but also on approaches to safety and quality, attendance and behavior.
The Workforce Excellence Awards is one of our many efforts to engage our people, recognize their outstanding efforts, and reward their commitment and hard work.
Each of the 26 awardees received a certificate of recognition and a smart watch.
