Safe Manual Handling Campaign

At ASSENT STEEL, we mean that literally and figuratively. Speaking on the literal sense, we have recently launched our Safe Manual Handling Campaign to address manual handling-related hazards and risks our workforce encounter during their day-to-day work and reduce the back pain injury and incident rates.

The campaign aims to Increase manual handling safety awareness through continuous training sessions and demonstrations to all employees.

Understanding the limitations of manual handling, promote use of mechanical aids to lift, good handling techniques and how to handle & lift loads are only few of the topics discussed on trainings and tool box talks.
