Built-up I shaped primarystructural framing members
This manufacturing process concentrates on producing primary framing elements that will be responsible for carrying the vertical load of the building. The primary frame is responsible for supporting the building over time bearing the weight of the building and all the individual elements that use or add weight to the building.
Cold-formed z and c shaped secondary structural members
Secondary structural members are stabilizing members that ensure that the primary structure doesn’t twist out of shape. The secondary structural members usually contribute by providing structural support and transfers load to the main frame
Roll formed profiled sheeting
Roll forming is a continuous bending operation in which a long strip of metal sheet passes through sets of rolls, each set performing only an incremental part of bend. These can be customized according to the customer’s needs
