QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE
At ASSENT STEEL, Quality Assurance is at the heart of everything we do. From engineering to dispatch, every process is designed to meet and exceed international standards, legal requirements, and our clients’ expectations. Our commitment to quality is reflected in every product.
we deliver and every process we follow. We achieve continual improvement through a structured management system that is regularly verified for effectiveness via internal audits, leadership walks, and performance reviews. Quality performance across all departments is monitored monthly against predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and risks identified during analysis are addressed through corrective and preventive actions.
The Quality team ensures compliance with international standards, specifications, and client expectations by conducting quality walks, alignment meetings, and lessons-learned sessions. We leverage advanced, high-accuracy technologies to support these efforts. Together, this collaborative oversight and commitment to personal responsibility foster a robust culture of quality, driving efficiency and minimizing errors.
Our employees are our greatest asset. We ensure their competence and growth through ongoing training programs, fostering a workforce that is skilled, engaged, and quality conscious. Quality is deeply embedded in our organizational culture. Every year, we celebrate World Quality Month, providing insights into quality practices and recognizing individuals who contribute significantly to our management system.
We continuously maintain and pursue new certifications to reinforce our commitment to excellence, giving our clients confidence and ensuring they receive the highest quality products. To ensure the ongoing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of our management system, Management Review Meetings are conducted periodically. We actively engage our team in developing and maintaining these systems, supported by advanced digital technologies to manage, control, and document processes — forming the backbone of all our operations.
At ASSENT STEEL, quality is not just a process — it is a culture, a commitment, and a promise to our clients.
Quality Certificates
At ASSENT STEEL Industries, recognize that in today’s competitive manufacturing environment, the ability to fabricate materials accurately and efficiently is crucial. Fabrication skills encompass a wide range of competencies including cutting, assembling, welding and finishing, all of which contribute to producing high quality products. Training employees effectively in these skills not only enhances productivity but also ensures safety, reduces material waste and reworks. ASSENT STEEL EXCELLENCY ACADEMY (ASEA) explores comprehensive strategies and best practices for training employees to develop effective fabrication skills.
ASEA serves as the cornerstone of our quality-driven culture, offering specialized courses in advanced steel fabrication techniques, precision welding, non-destructive testing, and cutting-edge quality control methodologies. Each curriculum is meticulously designed to meet and exceed international standards including AWS, AISC, CWB and EN/ISO certifications, ensuring our workforce remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
ASEA also provides extensive long-term training for Fab assistants to develop their skills and knowledge in welding and fabrication to work independently. Skills assessment test for fabricators, performance qualification test for welders to evaluate their proficiency after training is the key part of the training.
ASEA trains Welders in various welding processes like SMAW, FCAW, SAW and GTAW for various onshore and offshore welding applications. Keep qualifying the welding procedures in different materials is the key process in ASEA to meet the Client demands in various welding applications.
Upgrading through 6G and 6GR training and tests in pipes keeps welder move all round in job to reduce waiting time for turning pieces.
ASEA conducts the trail and sample tests on new equipment’s and tools to ensure the right items in the shop floor.

As part of our Lean Management continual journey, the 5S methodology was initiated in August 2023 to build a foundation of discipline, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all operations. Through the five pillars — Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain — we have strengthened workplace organization, improved productivity, enhanced safety, and minimized waste. The implementation of 5S ensures that every process, workstation, and material flow supports operational excellence and reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and performance.
